Part of bonÀrea ’s operations involves classifying and identifying products throughout the production process. Traditionally, this task required two people working full-time on manually labeling chicken boxes, handling around 40 different box types.
The high variability of visual criteria used to identify each box type resulted in a slow process with a high error rate.
The goal of ID Vision and bonÀrea was to develop a robust vision-based solution capable of delivering objective, fast, and reliable evaluation of the visual characteristics of the boxes.

To handle this variability, ID Vision’s OneVision software was deployed OneVision enabling classification in fractions of a second. Gracias a esta solución se ha logrado la clasificación de las cajas de pollos en fracciones de segundo.
